Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup, or alteration.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item. We will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
