Return Eligibility

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• Be in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Be returned in their original packaging.
• Show no signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup, or alteration.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item:

• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item. We will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Refunds
